Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. We will contact you via email or phone if a significant delay in the shipment of your order is anticipated.
Back Order Items: You will receive an email notification with an estimated shipping time for items that are on back order. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding the availability and shipment of back order items.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed during checkout; based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process based on the shipping method selected.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped, including a tracking number, if applicable.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mohawk Designs LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Mohawk Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Cancellations: We may be able to cancel the order before the items are packaged and dispatched. The sale is final for custom orders or orders with custom colors and the order cannot be cancelled. We are not able to cancel the orders after the tracking number was created and the items were dispatched; please refer to our "Returns & Exchange Policy" for further details.
