Refund policy
Returns: You may return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. The shipping cost is non-refundable; the shipping expense to return the product is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges: Exchanges for items in original condition can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, used, scratched, scuffed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for refund or exchange. Custom order items or custom powder-coated colors are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide pictures of the damaged box and item. For items damaged during shipping, we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Restocking Fee: Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns received past the return policy deadline will be accepted at our discretion and are subject to partial refund of 50% of the original purchase price.
Inspection and Refunds: We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds.
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
